We don’t care
Listen to the customers:
Customers demand the best product at the lowest price. Efficiency, quality, and affordability are their priorities—paying more is not an option when a cheaper alternative exists. Their loyalty lies with cost, not craftsmanship.
The effort behind product development remains invisible to them. The time, dedication, and expertise poured into design and manufacturing are overlooked, dismissed with the assumption that those involved are well-paid or simply out of luck if they’re not. If another company can produce the same product for less, that’s where their money will go—without a second thought about how those cost reductions are achieved.
Environmental responsibility is a consideration, but only when it doesn’t affect their wallets. While they express a desire for sustainability, they expect others—companies, governments, or wealthier individuals—to bear the cost. Money drives decisions, and ethics are often a secondary concern.
The people behind the products—engineers, designers, and workers—are an afterthought. Their struggles, frustrations, and contributions hold little significance. What matters is the final product on the shelf, ready to be purchased at the lowest possible cost. If the workforce suffers or innovation is stifled, it’s not the consumer’s problem. They expect more, pay less, and leave the burden of efficiency to those behind the scenes.
